this is the sign on the doors of the orphanages.  It basically states no visitors -under quarintine 
the wonderful sidewalks with ice I travel on each day.  I am becoming a great ice -skater-ha ha  No salt, sand, or cat litter, to help.  Just travel at your own risk!
